Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE PENDING. <br /> 8:55 BiYVIE' CONDOMINIUM TRUST for a Determination of <br /> Applicability on an after-the-fact request to refinish an existing pool and deck <br /> - <br /> at Great Oak Road. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised they were working inside a fenced-in area doing the <br /> apron of the pool. There is minor disturbance to an access road. They were <br /> very cooperative and were told they could fish inside the fence. No damage <br /> was clone. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> LEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> LAWN POLICY: The Commission is getting more requests and a few have <br /> asked if it is cast in stone that annual reports must come from a lawn <br /> company as they want to do this themselves. <br />
