Sherman felt if doing lawn <br /> work at all, they have to abide by the lawn regs and if they do not agree, the <br /> Commission should not approve loaming and seeding. <br /> Mr. Shaw asked if this was not already approved and was it not explicit in any <br /> approval? <br /> Mr. Sherman stated they did not mention lawn work and he did not notice <br /> this until he was meting up the carder. He suggested putting the lawn reps in <br /> but they would be subject to negotiation with their landscaper. <br /> VOTE: Motion Ornade and seconded to direct the Conservation agent to issue <br /> an Order of Conditions which cites the regulations but allows some <br /> flexibility in negotiations with the landscaper for the Karhalases. <br /> Siegfried: The Agent stated there is no real issue but the rirerfront guidance <br /> cones into play as this project would qualify. If in the second hundred feet, <br /> they have to beep to that ' ' Um. <br /> Regulation: Draft language for the demotion of alter for destruction of plant <br /> life was distributed.
