MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of 19 December 1996 <br /> Commissioners present: Elliot Rosenberg, Chairman Pro'dem, David <br /> Sharpe, Ralph Shaw, John Johansen, Harry <br /> esrosiers. <br /> The Acting Chairman called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. <br /> 6:55 PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Beverly Kane was present for the <br /> Mashpee Environmental Coalition to inquire on the status of the I CPC <br /> hearing, approximately when it will.he held? <br /> The Agent advised there has leen no communication from the Selectmen's' <br /> office. He mentioned it once to the Executive Secretary and seat a memo <br /> asking for a date in January. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg suggested sending a memo to the Selectmen that the <br /> Commission has had inquiries from the public. i e also suggested his Kane's <br /> group attend the Selectmen's Meeting and speak during their public comment <br /> period. It is more appropriate these issues be raised with them. <br /> Ms Kane stated they are concerned that they would not have enough time to <br /> have their information prepared. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded that the Agent send a memo to the <br /> Selectmen that in um' *e from the public have been received. <br /> :10 RO R'I' KRAFT for a Determination of Applicability on construction <br /> of a tennis court, retam'Mm g yah and fencing, alteration of an eidsting driveway <br /> and landscaping work at 24 & 30 Popponesset Island Road. Anthony <br /> Ferragamo presenting. Plans were reviewed. The top of the coastal bank <br /> would be 165 feet from the court.
