Michael Grotzke presenting. <br /> Mr. Grotzke advised he and Mike Ball of Fugro vvill walk the site with the <br /> .gent to delineate the resource areas. <br /> Mr. Sherman recommended a Negative Determination contingent upon his <br /> review and acceptance of the wetland line. It can he moved with corrections <br /> made in the field. He will report lack to the Commission at the next meeting. <br /> Public commments. none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination subject <br /> to approval of the plan by the Agent. Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE PENDINGO <br /> 7:30 NEW SEABURY PENINSULA COUNCIL, Reserve Area _2, Triton <br /> Way, request to amend continued from 14 November 1996. Michael Grotzke <br /> presenting. The plan to roughen the stones was reviewed. Mr. Grotzke wrote <br /> a letter to Rebecca Haney at CZM that proposed to chip away the concrete on <br /> the vertical faces and support around the pads. Ms Ramey felt this was a good <br /> compromise to removing the pads. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if they wiR do this when the pads are exposed? Mr. <br /> Grotzke stated they will make an assessment early in the Spring and then go <br /> in with a jackhammer and roughen up the stones. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he discussed this with Ms Haney and if conditioned that <br /> he see the work after it is clone and monitors it to see that it is working before <br /> giving a Certificate of Compliance, he would have no objections. Mr. Grotzke <br /> agreed. A letter will be in the file to show what will be done. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment with the <br /> stipulation the Agent investigate in the early spring to see when <br /> the area is exposed if it can be done and to further monitor to <br /> see that it is working properly.
