Dr. Welch presented abutter notification receipts. He <br /> advised that in the village there are two man made ponds for the enjoyment of <br /> the residents which are spring feel. With the thickness of the foliage, he would <br /> like to maintain a vista corridor of ground cover to two feet and have a four <br /> foot access path on the side.
