Mr. Hanks noted that Mr. Henson is the editor of "c M Schedule <br /> of Coastal Activities. " A copy of a letter to Commissioner <br /> Webber was distributed <br /> Mr. Hanks reported on the status of the RFP' s as per the sub <br /> committee' s recommendations <br /> 1 ) Renew dredge permits already in existence <br /> Work on getting a Ma shpee River permit <br /> 3 ) Table doing anything on ockwa r Ba <br /> Waterways _By laws/Rgg la t i on s t Mr. Banks reported ( in Mr. <br /> Silver' s absence) that they have not called a meeting to work <br /> on regulations, but most likely they will meet in March. (Those <br /> members are Herb Silver, Jim Hanks, Dan Home er, Perry Ellis) , <br /> Mr. Hanks will collect the existing regulations. Mr. Hanks <br /> and. Mr. Ellis reworked the summary of mooring rei4ulations <br /> (one sheet two sides) which was sent along with the mooring <br /> bill, Dr. Gordon asked about the status on the By Law changes; <br /> Mr. Harms stated that Bob Whritenour and Mr. Ellis sent letters <br /> to the State requesting the proper verhage for us to request <br /> Legislation to rake our By Laws final. In the interim the State <br /> DA' s office approved the By Laws except for the sentence <br /> pertaining to mooring money going .into a separate fund which <br /> requires Legislative action. Jane Labute forwarded a separate <br /> copy to Dept. of Fish and Wildlife,- them has been a preliminary <br /> informal approval, and we are awaiting a written confirmation. <br /> Mr. Ellis reported that there are 32 trout tournament <br /> applications, and these are labeled non-impact, and therefore <br /> we can }gook bass tournaments at the same time. <br /> Joint Dock Perrittink Process: Mr. Home er has not convened <br /> the sub committee, and Mr* Homeer asked that he he replaced. <br /> He stated it would help if Mr* Hanks could give a precise <br /> dissertation of what he is looking for as it pertains to the <br /> step by step process of getting a dock. <br /> The meeting adjourned. at 9: 00 p.m. <br /> - r <br /> ,r t <br /> s <br /> Mar : e1sthore - Recording Secretary <br /> .f <br />
