Meeting <br /> Attendees: Jim Hanks, Ben Gordon,Don Lund, Herb Silver, Bill Taylor <br /> Also Present: Ed Baker,Pirates Cove;Perry Ellis,Harbormaster; Rick York, <br /> Shellfish Constable <br /> Call to Order: Mr.Hanks called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.M. <br /> Public Comment: None. <br /> Minutes: Minutes from the previous meeting on 3 December were not <br /> discussed because they were not yet available,.' <br /> Old Business: The primary purpose of the meeting was to discuss the draft <br /> comments on the Coastal Resources Element of the Local <br /> Comprehensive Plan which had been merged into one document. <br /> These comments are in the form of: <br /> 1. General Comments about the whole document, <br /> 2. Specific Comments pertaining to the document sections, <br /> paragraphs, or individual lines of text, and, <br /> 3. A list of typographic and formatting problems identified during <br /> the review. <br /> Eventually, Dr. Gordon made a motion for the Waterways <br /> Commission to approve the comments being directed to <br /> the planning department on the Coastal Resources <br /> element of the Local Comprehensive Plan including the <br /> changes discussed in the meeting.
