Daly, Ed Baker Perry Ellis . <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT: None. <br /> MINUTES: The Minutes of October 14 , 1997 were accepted as <br /> ai-iierided. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE: Mr. Hanks distributed a revised copy of <br /> Waterways Regulations 310 CMR 9 , 00 dated 4-19-96 . <br /> Mr. hanks will .eve a correspondence update at the next iiieetin <br /> The Schofield dock, application has not been submitted to the <br /> Waterways Commission, but it has been reviewed by the <br /> Harbormaster. The dock will be shortened. They will resubiLil" t <br /> plans to oils-Com in a couple of weeks. Mr. Hanks noted that <br /> the plans prepared by Braman Engineering have not been submitted <br /> to the Waterways COMmission, and that is technically a Violation <br /> of the newly updated Zoning By-Law. Mr i Hanks and Mr, Silver <br /> w i l l atteindt to take care of that, <br /> The letter was sent to the Burd. of Appeals ea 1 s and to Bstating <br /> �� S� <br /> our obi ections to the Community dock-proposed b Mash-pee Land <br /> Investment Lr*P. Mr. Ellis stated that the DEP had shut it down <br /> because it would be a marina, and that he had shut it down <br /> because it was not in the location agreed to, He also met with <br /> thein -to discuss alternatives , and they will re-su.bluit their <br /> d l arts probably proposing a community dock with five ( 5 ) s i r s <br /> at one location, and another shared dock with two ( ) boats <br /> further down. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Harbormaster Report: Mr. Ellis reported the aids to navigation <br /> � a�x��a.t�on <br /> have been pulled out of the water , and winter sticks are in <br /> place. The Lake boat has been stored,, The fall <br /> fishing tournaflient s went well , <br /> Mr. Ellis reported that Falmouth has closed aquo i t Bay to <br /> she l l f i sh in , and he 'wi l l recornmend to the Mash-pee She l-1 f i sh <br /> Commission closing the Ma shpee side of aquo it Bay for the <br /> winter* <br />
