Other <br /> Application to Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals for Special Permit for <br /> Platform, Ramp and 10A Float, Sylvester, 2 Great River Road, <br /> Outgoing <br /> Planning Board <br /> Memo, 3 November, Mashpee River Study Account Status, <br /> E-mail <br /> 18 November -See Penta (ACOS) above <br /> Several e-mails to Leslie regarding work plan and progress report . <br /> 1 December -. Re: Progress report - discusses salinity issue too. <br /> New Board Secretary <br /> We received an employee change of status report saying that Jennifer <br /> Ahearn was hired as the Waterways Commission Board Secretary. Along with <br /> this we received a memo on 23 November 1999 from Mashpee Personnel <br /> requesting a forecast of secretarial services. Mr. Hanks and Mrs. Ahearn <br /> are currently working on this. Mrs . Ahearn has also agreed to straighten <br /> out our Waterways files. <br /> 3. Willowbend Golf Course <br /> The Willowbend Development Corporation is seeking modification to allow <br /> six additional golf holes to the lands south of Quinaquisset Ave. <br /> Mr. Silver made a motion to respond to the planning board that this is <br /> out of our domain. Mr. Taylor seconded the motion. Mr. Lumsden made <br /> an amendment to the motion to include a paragraph pertaining to <br /> minimizing the nutrients. All members voted in favor with this motion <br /> and the motion carried. <br /> 4 . Waterways Commission Vacancy <br /> Jim Hanks led a discussion about the letter of interest that we received <br /> from Mr. Migneault to serve on the Commission. Mr. Daly made a motion to <br /> re-open the posting so that we might have more than one candidate to <br /> consider. Mr. Silver seconded the motion and all other members voted in <br /> Favor.
