Harbormaster Report
Mr. Ellis reported all the boats are out except for the research vessel. He stated the
mooring bills were being printed the following day. He stated that they changed the
wording on the new mooring bills, It states that all P
e moorings must baid for no later
th • ■ th
than April 30 of this year, Anyone not paying their mooring bill by April 30 will have
it revoked and the space given to someone on the waiting fist. This should help people to
not procrastinate.
Mr. Ellis also stated that he touched base with Diane B oretos about some of the
dredging. He has been trying to spear with Mr. Sherman but he has been out sick. Mt.
Ellis mentioned we should arrange another meeting. She would attend the meeting with
us. Mr. Hanks stated he spoke with Bob about it and he did agree to authorize Diane to
work on it. He was supposed to tell her that personally.
A question was raised about the ownership of a boat in the ockway Bay parking lot.
Mr. Alis stated it belongs to Clyde Peters. He had arranged for the DPW to crush it into
small pieces. Mr. Peters said that he wanted the boat. Mr. Alis had Mr. Sherman take
pictures of the boat, the condition} where it sat on the marsh,, etc. He isoin to hire'a
g g
flatbed and bring it over to the Tribal Council and drop it off there. That should alleviate
the problem; however, right now it is frozen to the ground.
2
