Ellis mentioned that he didn't think the <br /> Waterways Commission had ever seen a plan for this dock. He asked if the Commission <br /> would put a letter forward to the Board of Appeals also with their concerns on this <br /> project. <br /> Ir. Hanks stated that he could write a letter that we are aware of this project and we <br /> have not received any plans which is a violation of the zoning by-lav and therefore e <br /> wouldn't concur with it.
