Mr, Greg Menta, Army corps of Engineers, and <br /> Re: timetable for 2000 , <br /> OTHER <br /> A question was posed to Harbormaster, Perry Ellis, as <br /> to the start date and duration of the dredging plans . <br /> Mr. Ellis stated that the dredging should commence on <br /> February 14 and should last approximately eleven days, <br /> which would end on or around the 5t�,, He further <br /> suggested that at least one week should be added to the <br /> schedule in the event a,f delays due to inclement weather f <br /> etc. <br /> An 'Informal discussion took place as to the dredging <br /> procedures . Ed. Baker suggested that if we look at the <br /> dredging history in prior years, you might note that the <br /> dredging is generally done at an angle rather than <br /> straight out , Ire doing this, we could go outside Mashpee <br /> borders and obtain help from Barnstable. Mr. Ellis said <br /> that he would be more concerned with enlisting the aid of <br /> Barnstable in the future on the inside of Poppone s s e t <br /> Bay. <br />
