He stated it is not the <br /> custom of the Commission to hold the hearing when the plan is not in hand 5 <br /> clays prior to the hearing. 11r. Slavinsl y agreed. He is not the <br /> authority on environmental issues and felt the Commission should not take <br /> his ecological comments as gospel. He is not a biologist. dere is nothing in <br /> writing from the ShellfishOfficer; he should evaluate Land Under the Ocean. <br /> Mr. Sherman did not feel the Commission could make a decision tonight based <br /> upon the Harbormaster's comments alone. <br />
