February 1997 <br /> Page 7. <br /> Glaser: The hearing was continued and has since been denied. by Board of <br /> Appeals. Michael. Grotzke is coning in with new plans. The Agent suggested <br /> the Commission look at the issue of homer much they can accomodate the <br /> Commission by increasing the stance between the wetland and the house. <br /> a 4 <br /> CFC: The hearing will be held on 12 February at 7:00 p.m. in the <br /> cafetorium of the High School. The Executive Secretary asked for a five <br /> minute overview of what the problem is. The Agent will call the Cape Cod <br /> Commission to see if that is okay. He is preparing a handout to be <br /> coordinated with the Cape Cod Commission. <br /> Beverly Kane advised the Mashpee Environmental Coalition has been unable <br /> tofind out the forum for the hearing. <br /> Bog Committee: The check for the cranberry bog receipts has been deposited <br /> in the correct account. In the future, it is to be hand-delivered to the <br /> Commission. It was agreed the Bog Management Practices (Handout) is <br /> acceptable. <br /> Newcomb: Mrs. Newcomb has to come in to straighten out and remove a <br /> portion of a stairway. The Agent asked permission to show the wetland <br /> further up the slope than it is so she will not have to hire a botanist. The <br /> stairs are going through an area they went through before. The .line would be <br /> about 10 feet above the actual wetland line. This met with the Commission's <br /> approval. <br /> l VOTE: Motion made and seconded to aHow placement of the wetland line <br /> on a plan under the supervision of the Agent. Unanimous Vote. <br /> ButterflyFarm: Town Planner put forth several peels as possible sites for <br /> this use and feels the proposal has potential. A lease would be involved. To <br /> be discussed with Mr. Rosenberg. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to direct the Agent to follow up the <br /> legal implications with Elliot Rosenberg. Unanimous Vote. <br /> Mashpee-Wakeby levels: The Agent stated some issues may get into an <br /> executive session. Mr. Iesrosiers stated he did not feel the situation is as <br /> sensitive as in the past. <br /> Steve Card in was appointed to the Management Committee and a letter <br /> received from him was distributed with a letter from Jim McGonagle. It was <br /> decided this discussion should be continued in an Executive Session. <br />
