Mr. Johansen questioned ownership. 1r. Grotzke stated the property i under a purchase and sale agreement. He agreed to send a letter to DEP that it is in transition. It is not in or near any resource; it is in the flood plain. They are installing a denitrifying system. It is on the Board of Health agenda for next week. The nearest resourse is the 20 foot buffer under the Rivers Act. Ms Terrio stated the Commission ssion needs to see that 20% of the lot will have to e left naturally vegetated. W. Grotzke asked if it does not matter which dhrection There is 119.9 coverage. Ms Terrio asked if they are proposing any type of lawn? Mr. Grotzke stated they are not.
