He believes there would be a substantial time period before they can <br /> apply again. Mr. Grotzke did not show up for that hearing but had another <br /> hearing an hour later and did not refer to this. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he wil find out how long he has to wait. If he appeals to <br /> DEP they will remand it to the Commission. Mr. Rosenberg stated if he had <br /> carne in, it would have been without prejudice. <br /> Sterrnw tear management: The meeting was scheduled for this Monday a <br /> 10:00 a.m. To be postponed. <br /> stormwater trade show wit be held on 24 April in Plymouth. <br /> Mashp a River Woodlands: There are trail problems. Question was raised <br /> whether mountain bikes should be allowed on those trails. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg advised the Commonwealth has fanned off-road vehicles and <br /> trail bikes from all State forests. <br />
