The Commission has not entertained variances from the 10%. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 3 App 1997 at 8:50 p.m. at the request of the applicant. Unanimous Vote. An alternative system ILS in place and even with five bedrooms it would be below ghat is required. The Commission agreed this request was acceptable. Glaser: The Agent asked for clarification an the Commissions actions. Mr. Rosenberg stated there was to be a new plan brought in and this did not happen. Not only did Mr. Grotzke not appear but there was no plan to act on. It was discussed at length and it was denied, not without prejudice, it was denied. He believes there would be a substantial time period before they can apply again. Mr. Grotzke did not show up for that hearing but had another hearing an hour later and did not refer to this. Mr. Sherman stated he wil find out how long he has to wait. If he appeals to DEP they will remand it to the Commission. Mr. Rosenberg stated if he had carne in, it would have been without prejudice. Sterrnw tear management: The meeting was scheduled for this Monday a 10:00 a.m. To be postponed. stormwater trade show wit be held on 24 April in Plymouth. Mashp a River Woodlands: There are trail problems. Question was raised whether mountain bikes should be allowed on those trails. Mr. Rosenberg advised the Commonwealth has fanned off-road vehicles and trail bikes from all State forests.
