HEARING CLOSED. 7:40 DAVID COFRANto -construct a single family dwell ng, subsurface sewage disposal system and to install a private well and water service with mai.ntenance in perpetuity at 4 Brookside Circle. Dave Sanicki presenting. Abutter notification receipts provided. DEP number received SE 43-1569. The ACEC is shown on the plan of record dated 2/10/97. This falls within the riverfaront area of Red Brook. The 199 and 200 foot areas are shown. 150 feet between weU and septic is required by the Master flan. The house was changed and encroachment to the ACEC meted. Mr. Sherman teras in concert with the changes. It is a three bedroom house. The trench for the well is the only encroachment. Mr. Sherman stated the changes made taut it in an acceptable area for the ri erfront area. It is in the second. 100 feet. He stated the 19 foot wide drainage easement is in natural vegetation and asked if it will remain so Nh% Sanicki stated it is an easement of record. They have no problem with leaving it that way. Mrs. Cofran agreed. Mr. Sherman asked if it is necessary to stria 10 feet and was told they need that amount for the rig. He stated it will. require revegetation. lir. Sanicki stated that is no problem. Mrs. Cohan asked him to define revegetation. Mr. Sherman stated planting where necessary a fear shrubs where destroyed. 1r. Sanicki stated it can be so conditioned. Mr. Sherman had no problem with the project. Public comments: An abutter from 14 Bayshore give asked if what is being referred to as subsurface sewage is a septic system. He was told it is. He asked if the Cofrans were aware this must be submitted to the ARC? VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close subject to a condition regarding reegetation in the area between the house and well, if necessary. Unanimous Vote.
