It is an existing three bedroom <br /> house. Where will he no expansion of the bedrooms. <br /> Mr. Sherman endorsed the idea. Mr. Bernard is currently under a violation <br /> notice for placing slash over the salt marsh. He has cleaned part of it up. He <br /> will not Tissue a Certificate of Compliance until the area is cleaned up. <br /> Mr. Sanicki stated so condition, if he is in violation. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he has received a violation notice. He wants to sell the <br /> house and it is one way of getting it dome. Mr. Sanicki stated the Commission <br /> has a right to impose conditions. <br /> Public comments: none. <br />
