Tony Ferragamo <br /> presenting. This property abuts Deans Pond. The deck sits on 10 inch sono <br /> i tubes. It is not safe to use the upper story portion of the deck. They would <br /> like to cantilever the deck and this was discussed with Mr. Sherman who <br /> i stated.the Commission did not like to get into that. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination. <br /> Unanimous Note. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> ERMINATION. <br /> 9:05 DONALD ICHARD for the construction of a single family dwelling, <br /> including driveway and septic system at 171 West way. Michael Grot ke <br /> presenting with Mr. & Mrs., Richard. The let is in Sandalwood village and is <br /> within the 100 year flood plain of the Mash a River. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he had no problems with this project. <br /> New drawings were reviewed that Nft. tarot ke had generated since the perc <br /> test this morning. The house has not changed from the first prevision. The <br /> buffer to the wetland is being mainained. It is flagged with numbered flags. <br /> The applicant would like a lawn in the back of the house. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if the size of the lawn is depicted? It was not. He stated <br /> it must be 10% within the area of the lot that falls within the Commission's <br /> jurisdiction. He would need that depicted so that he could calculate the lawn <br /> area. Mr. trot ke agreed. This is according to lawn policy. Mr. tarot ke <br /> asked if there was any variance from the 10% restriction fir. Fitzsimmons <br /> stated the Commission aloes not negotiate. Mr. Sherman stated no one has <br /> said they could not have a lawn. There is the minm' um 50 foot setback from <br /> the wetland, this is the ffum. He asked if the Comndssion wanted to ask <br /> for more? 50 Feet has al wildlife habitat value. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons stated there is an area shown on the mala as reserved area. <br /> He asked what that is reserved for? <br />
