Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE PENDING, <br /> 8:25 JASON TANZER for a Determination of Applicability on construction <br /> of a 216 LF gravel driveway and 90 LF of � wall at 69 Pickerel Core <br /> Circle. Thomas Bunker presenting. All work is more than 100 feet from the <br /> edge of the pond. The inland bank is shown. The mit of work is 60 feet from <br /> the pond. <br /> Ir. Sherman had no problem with this. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to end a negative determination. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> I EGATIDETERMINATION. <br /> N. <br /> 8:35 CARMELA DIMICHELE to amend the Order of Conditions for SE 43- <br /> 1453 to include 10% lawn coverage and a change from a paved driveway to a <br /> circular stone driveway at 5 Mead.owbrook Drive. Wesley Lohr presenting. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there is a minor problem in how much lawn can be <br /> permitted; it is 500 s.f. over. Mr. Lohr agreed to a revision. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment subject to <br /> acceptance by the Conservation Agent of a revised plan reducing <br /> the lawn coverage by 500 s.f.
