Perhaps an amended-order will be necessary. <br /> Mrs. Roche stated abutter notice involved mailing to 52 people. Mr. Sherman <br /> Mated that will be avoided, if possible. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons stated here is an agreed upon degree of cutting. <br /> Mr. Roche stated he would like to see the Commission revisit this. This is the <br /> first they have heard that Dave Consalvi did not have the equipment to do the <br /> lime of sight. They only wanted to do topping. They will have to hire someone <br /> else. <br /> Mrs. Roche stated they started this procedure last summer and were Hoping <br /> to have the work clone by Spring. Mr. Sherman's assistant came out and give <br /> them a list of people to do the work. They thought they did everything they <br /> should have clone; she felt discouraged. <br /> Mr. Hall stated they would be amenable to doing this with a different type of <br /> equipment without Mind an amendment or notifying abutters. They would be <br /> morespecific on the work and how carn*ed out. <br /> The Commission was agreeable to a lime of sight. <br /> Mr. Hall stated this is the first time he heard the cutting was too lour and <br /> agreed it could be cut higher. <br /> Mr. Sherman will work with W.
