12 June 1997 <br /> Page 14. <br /> Sheehan: fr. Sherman acMsed 1r. Sheehan was present. He gave the background of <br /> the project. The septic was put in but the house not built when fir. Sheehan purchased the <br /> property. He is asking for relief`from the requirement r a deniftifying system. He has <br /> had numerous conversations with George f eufelder who has suggested installation of <br /> monitoring wed and provided protocol of how it should be done. In conversations with <br /> W. Sheehan, it was agreed that if it is found at any time that standards are exceeded, l r. <br /> Sheehan would std have to do something. This could be incorporated as a condition in the <br /> Order of Conditions. It would be information that the Commission needs. <br /> �. Sherman suggested fir. Rosenberg review draft language. <br /> 1 Ir. Fitzsimons was concerned; he was reminded of the manner m wWch samples were <br /> taken by Fields Point, when nothing was happening. <br /> I&. Sheehan offered to have the sampling done whenever the Commission chose. <br /> A& Rosenberg had a problem with some of the language from. I r. Heufelder. I�x. <br /> Sheehan asked what---n would like to change? A& Rosenberg asked if they were <br /> going to put in two weld`? fir. Rosenberg stated before doing anyddr& the Commission <br /> should find out who would do the fiwAafion of the wells and who dues the monitoring <br /> and testing is most important. <br /> Sheehan was wflft to have the Commission choose the person to do the testing. <br /> 1 Ir. Rosenberg wanted to make sure what is set up as a protocol will be satisfactory to Mr. <br /> Sheehan and to the Concession and if it becomes necessa y to say he has to do somediin& <br /> he will he satisfied that the Commission dealt with him fairy., <br /> A& Sherman stated between now and next meeting he will information. <br />
