MASBPEE CONSERVATION COABUSSI N <br /> Aftutes of 26 June 1997 <br /> Commissioners present: John Fitzsit otos, E of Rosenberg, Ralph Shaw, John <br /> Johansen, George Green Jr. <br /> The Chainman called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. <br /> 6:5 5 PLTBILJC C1VIT PERIOD: lone. <br /> As there was no one present for the public conk ens the Comnussion was polled to go into <br /> Executive Session to discuss pending litigation. <br /> AYE: Elliot Rosenberg, Ralph Shaw, John Johansen, George Green Jr. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to go into Execute Session to discuss pending <br /> litigation, Unanimous Vote. <br /> 7:1 BRIAN STONE for a Detemdnation of Applicability on a request to co met a <br /> storage shed 12' x 6' at 214 wading Place Road. Shed was put in without a pernnit. He <br /> was asked to move it to a flatter area and to secure it to sono tubes. <br /> 5 <br /> Public continent: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a nega&e detemiination. Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION, <br /> 7:15 SHMLEY MC GON AGEE ALICANDRO for a Detennination of Applicability on a <br /> request for proposed plantings, a walkway and to pave a driveway at 141 Surf Drive. <br /> �&. Shemm stated they came in wanting to expand the lawn area. He did calculations <br /> and the existing lawn exceeded what is perntted. The driveway and walkway will not be a <br /> probl nn. 1t is very well vegetated behind the Mouse. The driveway is impervious. <br /> Pubic consents: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negate de tion. Unanimous Vote. <br /> N'EGATIVE DETERMINATION, <br /> 7:20 RUTH CORY for a Detemtination of Applicability on a request to construct <br /> pressure treated walkway and handicap ramp at 6 Slipper Shell fie. Elliot Rosenberg <br /> stepped down for this hearing. <br />
