CLOSED PENDING. 8:15 JOHN TROTTO to amend the Order of Conditions for S -1455 to permit construction of a wooden walkway from an existing dock up a coastal bank to existing sty's from the lower deck at 5 8 Quaker Run Road. fir. Sherman stated this amendment is at his request. The dock was built pretty much to plan but there is a flaw in the plan. This will extend a ramp down to lower star . It will get more light through to the marsh. A path to the dock would have caused an erosion problem He endorsed the project. P bhc comment: none. For the construction of a 6' long, 2'6" wide elevated walkway installed across a 7' section of marsh at 11 Bay Road. �&. Sherman stated this was discussed last year and it was agreed they would come back this year. They have agreed to plant a few bushes, three or four, in the path. It will be conditioned that the stairway will be pressure treated good. The conditions were acceptable to IN&. Benway. 1&. Sherman stated the service line can be hug from the walkway for the time being. The order can be amended as it was not included in the Unguage. Ar.
