The plan shows salt marsh, <br /> the ACEC, top of bank and the velocity zone. They have the 100 foot outer <br /> and 10 foot inner area. They are not disturbing in the inner but are <br /> proposing to alter 4295 within the outer riparian area. The septic will be 150 <br /> feet array, outside the 100 foot jurisdiction from the two tops of bark. They <br /> are proposing a 50 foot buffer strip. <br />
