The <br /> Building Inspector stated they did not need a building permit. It is 50-60 feet <br /> from the top of the coastal bank and 80 feet from the wetland. It wiH be no <br /> more than 4 feet tall. <br /> Nr. Sherman advised 4 feet is the key figure and suggested it be 3' 11". Mr. <br /> Mayes agreed. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked if the wall continues under the deck? fir.
