EL.LI, INC. for a Determination of Applicability on <br /> proposed construction of a 22 foot long x 4' and I' reta=' g wall at 220 <br /> Wading Place Drive. Norman Hayes presenting. This is to correct an <br /> oversight by the architect when designing the pool. There was no retaining <br /> wall to keep soils from eroding. The proposed wall will have rebar. The <br /> Building Inspector stated they did not need a building permit. It is 50-60 feet <br /> from the top of the coastal bank and 80 feet from the wetland. It wiH be no <br /> more than 4 feet tall. <br /> Nr. Sherman advised 4 feet is the key figure and suggested it be 3' 11". Mr. <br /> Mayes agreed. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked if the wall continues under the deck? fir. Hayes stated <br /> it clots, but will not support the deck, there is no connection. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded tofind a negative determination <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> LEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> ;50 LUCILLE HUNTER for a Determination of Applicability on a proposed <br /> ' x 2 ' screen porch addition to an existing deck; lifting and pruning of two <br /> oak trees; removal of dead pine and oak trees and removal of four live pine <br /> trees; and additional plantings with conservation approval at 191 <br /> Monomoscoy Road. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised it is across the street from the water but is in the flood <br /> zone. He asked lids Hunter to add the ]language that there will be a pre-work <br /> consultation where plantings will be determined.. She complied. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion Ornade and seconded to find a negative determination. <br /> Unani <br />
