He does not feel an organisation who is trying to do the <br /> job they have been committed to, to protect the environment, should be <br /> railroaded into shortcutti.ng or circumventing the requirements that are going <br /> o have a long-terra effect, just to satisfy an inadequacy or lack of detail <br /> having been clone by someone else. <br /> FIs Savoia stated she was just tag to get both sides of the issue. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated it is not just the Commission that has taken this <br /> position but the Cape Cod Commission, Mass.
