This latest change is stairs off the deck. The Agent recommended this be done by letter. The Commission agreed. VOTE: lotion made and seconded to approve the charge request by letter. Unanimous Vote. Bayview Condo: Request received for a Certificate of Compliance for vista pruning for one unit by an, Attorney. ' � to see if the have a Mr. Rosenberg suggested checking with Bayview fond plan of all the lots so one Certificate of Compliance can be issued that will apply to each unit as they go out. Irwin: Letter received from John Irwin. He has a boat with a 30" draft and was restricted to not exceed. 2' of water. His letter stated it is true the boat has a 0" draft when fully lowered but when he goes in and out of Ockway Bay, he raises it all the way up and so can glide in and out of 18" of water with no trouble. Because of the salt water intake system he is extremely careful not to disturb the sediment on the bottom. i Mr. Sherman suggested telling him to give him a boat ride and if he can prove that he can get in and out that way it would be acceptable. The Commission agreed, Woods/wildlife Workshop: To be held at the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History in Brewster on October 3rd. The Agent and Marry Desrosiers will attend.
