Question was raised on procedure and where this hearing was being delayed for a month would other permitting procedures go forward? Mr. Rosenberg suggested an appointed representative cone into the office and obtain a list of the Agencies and Boards that would be involved with this apphc ation. Mr. Agnitti asked if the requirement for the additional survey at the applicant's expense could he initiated this evening. Mr. Sherman stated no, not until the Commission gets the revised plan. He suggested those interested parties should make their concerns known to all agencies. It was noted the minutes referred to a meeting with Dr. Crawford of VVBN1R and the Agent. 11r. Sherman advised he has not had a dance to talk with him concerning his testing in vaquoit Bay. WBNERR is not a regulatory agency. A member of the audience stated with the large number of people present tonight perhaps a show of hands for those opposed to the project would be appropriate. The Chairman stated that would have no bearing on the Comnu'ssion's decision. Mr. Agnitti asked ghat would be the procedure to have this referred to the Cape Cod Commission? He also asked for an overview of both sides of the bay to see the impact on the marsh area and the Conservation area. Mr. Sherman advised he spoke with the Cape Cod Commission and this sloes not invoke their jurisdiction. Mr. Mayes asked to continue the hearing for a month to a date certain and agreed to readertise this.
