Brown stated they do not agree that Mr. Delory owns the property. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated that issue has to be straightened out first. <br /> Atty. Brown stated once they determine that then they would like to come <br /> before the Commission and have this considered a replacement dock, not a <br /> new dock.. She asked for a two month continuance. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 8 January <br /> 1998 at 7:30 at the request of the applicant. Ray Deschino of the Popponesset Bay Association <br /> presenting. <br /> Nr. Sherman asked how they propose to stop vehicles from par ging in the <br /> area proposed for rescue vehicles' 11r. Deschino advised they will put up <br /> sign stating it is for emergency vehicles and all tethers will he towed. Mr. <br /> Sherman stated that would be okay if the Association polices this. He asked <br /> how far from the top of the lank the benches will be It will be at least 6 feet. <br /> He suggested putting down sea shells so water does not wash down the bank. <br /> J <br />
