i 20 November 1997 Page . Mr. Sherman stated last hearing it was agreed to continue or deny. He has tallied. to hien and he was to provide a better plan to delineate the property. Recent telephone calls have not been returned. He has not agreed to the continuance. He suggested the Commission deny and issue a fine. They had a permit for vista pruning and it expired. BVW has been cut. Public comment: none. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to deny the application and issue a fme. Unanimous Note. DENIEDIFINE TO BE ISSUED., 8:30 RONAL HILTON for a dining/living area addition to an eidsting dwelling at 81 Lighthouse Lane. Dave Sanic i presenting. Receipts for abutter notice were prodded. There is a frill deck existing at the back of the house of which 2/3 will be removed leaving a small part to put on the addition for a larger kitchen and dining area. There will be no bedrooms added. It is 3' from the top of the coastal bank and everything proposed is further away. They are not encroaching into the resource area. Drywe .s are proposed. Mr. Desrosiers asked for flour plan. details. 11x. Sherman has told the owner he will meed architectural plans. It is one story. The Order can be issued upon receipt of the plan showing kitchen/dining area. Mr. Sanicl i agreed. Public comment: none. VOTE: lotion made and seconded, to close upon receipt of a floor plan concerning the nature of the proposed addition. Unanimous Vote. CLOSED PENDING, 8:40 DEBORAH & VIN BYRNE to amend the Order of Conditions for SE 43-1624 to permit ming of a ditch area and replanting of the area; and hand clearing of nuisance vegetation with replanting of indigenous species at 17 Bayshore Drive. Aft. Sherman stated it is a reasonable request. Beach grass may not be appropriate. The project could he approved with a site visit and revised planting plan. Public coni ment: none.
