He thought this should be pursued first. A plan <br /> was finally received that is acceptable including a reegetation plan with an <br /> agreement to remove the wall and revegeta a the area with proper plantings. <br /> An enforcement order will be issued which will state g is necessary but <br /> they must follow the plan. <br /> Watershed Mailing: The Agent advised John Johansen and his wife did <br /> wonderful job and is to be paid-out of the Conservation Fund under Chapter <br /> C as a special consultant. A bill was submitted for 27-1/2 h ours, $275.00. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to pay John Johansen $275 out of the <br /> Conservation Fund for his work. Unanimous vote. <br />
