18 December 1997 <br /> Page 5. <br /> Torn Dempsey advised there was to be a Cul de Sac some years ago at the end <br /> of Devon St. fir. Saicki advised the end of Devon St. is in the marsh. Mr. <br /> Fitzsimmons asked if this was on record with the town? <br /> Mr. Dempsey stated it was. He advised there is a'drain and pointed to the <br /> location on the plan; he shovels dirt out of the drain all the time. He <br /> questioned the retaining wall mentioned. <br /> Mr. Snicki stated they are proposing a small waU to retain the flat driveway <br /> to the garage. Instead of ung the slope in, they are proposing a small wall, 2 <br /> to 6 feet and 7 feet at the garage. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there can be a condition in the Certificate of Compliance <br /> that at the inspection there are signs of erosiion, corrective measures must <br /> be taken, <br /> Mr. Dempsey stated he planned to put a boat into his portion of the Cul de <br /> sae. <br /> The Chairman stated this is not relevant to the Wig. <br /> The Chairman asked if there was a problem with nitrogen loading? Mr. <br /> Sherman stated that depends on the location of the top of hank. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing at the request of <br /> the applicant to 8 January 1998 at :20 p.m. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED TO 8 JANUARY 1998 AT 8:20 P.M. <br /> 7:50 STEPHEN LEMPITSKI, 102 Captains Row, continued from 9 October <br /> 1997. Michael Grotzke presenting. This was reviewed with the Agent .and it <br /> has not been determined whether it is beach grass or marsh grass.
