Unanimous vote. <br /> Mr. Lumsden thanked the Commission for listening to him. <br /> Mr. Ellis advised the County dredge will be returning to our waters towards <br /> the end of February to finish off in front of Popponesset Bay. <br /> i <br /> 6:55 PUBIAIC COMMENT RIO D: None. <br /> 7:05 RAYMOND STD T for a Determination of Applicability on a request to <br /> install two sono tubes; bury surface gas line; insta . two footings; install <br /> concrete pact; realign emoting landscape steps and landscape per plan at 180 <br /> Waterway. Charles Myer, Architect, dean Brooks and the arborist were <br /> present for the hearing. <br /> A/fr. Sherman stated the only concern is the trees to be removed. The arborist <br /> advised they will be removing three trees that will be replaced with healthier <br /> plants. fir. Sherman stated the site is 95% developed and he was satisfied <br /> with the replacement. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous Note. <br /> N GATIDETERMINATION* <br /> 7:10 ERIC PETERSON for a determination of applicability on a request for <br /> maintenance in perpetuity to coincide with Chapter 91 License x#5778 for an <br /> emoting structure at 112 Wading Place. Jonathan Burtis presenting. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated they have an emoting Chapter 91 license. The <br /> stipulation was made to meet before any work is clone. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to end negative.
