Mr. Sherman advised Mrs. Fulton <br /> was noted of the hearing date by fax and certified mail and has not <br /> responded. He stated the plan is inadequate re the salt marsh. There is a <br /> question of ownership for the lot over which the dock would go. Also, grater <br /> depths were not shown. <br />
