CLOSED PENDING. 7:40 ELIZABETH FULTON, 5 Point Road, continued from 6 November 1997. No one was present for this hearing. Mr. Sherman advised Mrs. Fulton was noted of the hearing date by fax and certified mail and has not responded. He stated the plan is inadequate re the salt marsh. There is a question of ownership for the lot over which the dock would go. Also, grater depths were not shown.
