i
i
i
i
19 March 1998
Page 12
VOTE: Motion made and seconded to pay Cape& Islands $800 out of the
i Conservation Lands Account for the as-built of the flume.
Unanimous Vote.
guidance manual could be done.
Mr. Sherman suggested, for the first, year, the Commission hire the person to
do the monitoring. He has worked out figures and spoken to Personnel. He
feels it could be clone for around $2000. He suggested a conceptual vote
tonight to go forward and explore this. This can be turned over to a Town
Engineer when on board. The funds could be from the Reserved Receipts
account, as this money can be used for adnnits tration of the Act and this
would apply. The consensus of the board was agreement with the
suggestions.
Mr. Sherman stated he included, based on Steve urley's and Keri RebacWs
comments, no matter what, we will not supersede the volume that will avow
the ash runs to work, as determined by DMF. Also, certain temperatures will
not be exceeded. Automatically, ars amended order of conditions will be
required after February of 1999 to see that this is working properly.
It will be made clear to the Selectmen that this Order of Conditions will
remain in abeyance and vitiation shall not take effect until such time as we
have sent a letter to the Executive Secretary that the requirements of one
through three have been satisfied.
There beim no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting
was adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
lsectf submitted,
r
Diana M.
