los - 284 Mr. Sherman suggested asking for lots 283, 285, <br /> and 286 as well . The Chairman noted that taxes on these <br /> properties would be high and that the surrounding properties are <br /> residential. Mr. Sherman responded they are a significant <br /> wildlife habitat and they would provide citizen access to the <br /> water. <br /> 110 - 58, 80, 82, and 83 are lots within the Refuge or <br /> bordering the Refuge. <br /> 112 - 58 The Poppeset Spit. Mr. Sherman noted that <br /> although the long term maintenance would be problematical, the <br /> recreation and wildlife uses would be invaluable. <br /> 1 - 52 A small wetland off the fairway of the golf <br /> course. <br /> 111 - 245 very important. Located near the Foppoesset <br /> Community Building on wading Place Road. Mr. Sherman stated this <br /> is a very significant wetland complex and labeled it to be one of <br /> the highest pri rit.ies . 1 <br /> 1.17 - 233 and 365 The southern end of Fish-hook Pond. Mr. <br /> Sherman noted this parcel is a significant wetland and prime. <br /> The following lots in bold type have not been offered to the <br /> Town, but should be taken into consideration. <br /> 111 -- 201 and 202 If obtained would form one tremendous <br /> wildlife corridor, along with the Fish-hook Pond Vilma Road <br /> property. <br /> 117 - 34 and 364 The area around the Real Estate Foal, <br /> which would eventuall.y connect with the Fish-hook Fond complex. <br /> 111 27 would be very significant, pant of the upland <br /> could be built in this area. <br /> 123 - 187 Thereis a significant wetland area located on <br /> this parcel which would eventually connect to Dean' s Fond. <br /> 116 - 74 and 7Ir. Sherman stated these properties were <br /> vital/high priority, 74 is located within the Refuge. <br /> 126 - 21 , and 49 The three Jason stone lots. <br /> 132 - 7 The lot located next to the Tidewa t ch condominiums. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested the Town would be able to charge minimal <br /> fees for storage of equipment/sand, which monies could be used to <br /> pay for nourishment . <br /> l - 93, and 121 Mr. Sherman noted this parcel would <br /> provide public access . <br /> -21- <br />
