14 May 1998 <br /> Page 10. <br /> Stone lots: The Agent advised he believes the three Stone lots are going to <br /> be withdrawn. The Board of Aeal.s declined to give continuances. The <br /> Building Inspector made the determination the ACC applies. <br /> The wetlands impact analysis for these lots was reviewed. A small change <br /> was made in the language, sane intent. The Agent summarized, in <br /> upcoming Wings, we will assume if the bylaw applies and any structure is <br /> within 25' of the ACEC line and does not leave a um. of 50' it has <br /> significant adverse affect. In cases where we can get more than o', we will <br /> do so. <br /> VOTE,: Motion made and seconded that the revised version is acceptable. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> 'OTE: Motion n made and seconded to approve the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission wetland Impact analysis re Assessors Map 126, Blocks <br /> 47, 48 and 49 as amended. � <br /> Asst. Conservation Agent: An application has been received from someone <br /> with DEP experience and wildlife habitat knowledge. <br /> Power: An areal is under way concerning the designation of Great River <br /> as a river. <br /> The IAttleneek Bay Association and Michael trot ke have approached Mr. <br /> Whritenour concerning the Designation of Densely Developed Areas under <br /> the Rivers Act. The Agent wrote a letter of response to Mr. Whritenour. <br /> Anyone can petition but they would need the concurrence of the Planning <br /> Board and Conservation Commission. The Commission reserves the right to <br /> take it under advisement, but are not bound to go along with any <br /> designation. Copies distributed. <br /> Mashpee/Wakeby make Management: A letter to be sent to the <br /> Selectmen. The hearing will be continued and it will be necessary to <br /> readvertise and renotify to reopen the application. <br /> The Agent advised he has a call into Natural Heritage. A problem has <br /> emerged with Mr. McGonagle. Steve Bhven got a call from fir. McGonagle <br /> stating that he is now in charge of resolving the Natural Heritage issue. <br />
