The Agent wrote a letter of response to Mr. Whritenour. <br /> Anyone can petition but they would need the concurrence of the Planning <br /> Board and Conservation Commission. The Commission reserves the right to <br /> take it under advisement, but are not bound to go along with any <br /> designation. The hearing will be continued and it will be necessary to <br /> readvertise and renotify to reopen the application. <br /> The Agent advised he has a call into Natural Heritage. A problem has <br /> emerged with Mr. McGonagle. Steve Bhven got a call from fir. McGonagle <br /> stating that he is now in charge of resolving the Natural Heritage issue. <br />
