14 May 1998 Page 10. Stone lots: The Agent advised he believes the three Stone lots are going to be withdrawn. The Board of Aeal.s declined to give continuances. The Building Inspector made the determination the ACC applies. The wetlands impact analysis for these lots was reviewed. A small change was made in the language, sane intent. The Agent summarized, in upcoming Wings, we will assume if the bylaw applies and any structure is within 25' of the ACEC line and does not leave a um. of 50' it has significant adverse affect. In cases where we can get more than o', we will do so. VOTE,: Motion made and seconded that the revised version is acceptable. Unanimous vote. 'OTE: Motion n made and seconded to approve the Mashpee Conservation Commission wetland Impact analysis re Assessors Map 126, Blocks 47, 48 and 49 as amended. � Asst. Conservation Agent: An application has been received from someone with DEP experience and wildlife habitat knowledge. Power: An areal is under way concerning the designation of Great River as a river. The IAttleneek Bay Association and Michael trot ke have approached Mr. Whritenour concerning the Designation of Densely Developed Areas under the Rivers Act. The Agent wrote a letter of response to Mr. Whritenour. Anyone can petition but they would need the concurrence of the Planning Board and Conservation Commission. The Commission reserves the right to take it under advisement, but are not bound to go along with any designation. Copies distributed. Mashpee/Wakeby make Management: A letter to be sent to the Selectmen. The hearing will be continued and it will be necessary to readvertise and renotify to reopen the application. The Agent advised he has a call into Natural Heritage. A problem has emerged with Mr. McGonagle. Steve Bhven got a call from fir. McGonagle stating that he is now in charge of resolving the Natural Heritage issue.
