MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of 28 May 1998 <br /> Co issioners present: John Fitzsimmons, John Johansen, Ralph Shaw, <br /> George green Jr., Elliot Rosenberg, Greg Wirsen <br /> Tad Wallenhaupt, prospective member, was present also. <br /> Dine to a problem with legal advertising, some of the hearings scheduled for <br /> this date had to be continued to 4 June 1998. Those hearings that cid not <br /> require advertising were held. <br /> The Chair called the meeting to order at 7;3 .m. <br /> Town Planner carne before the Board regarding the Open space Plan which <br /> was adopted in 1996 and has been {updated for land acquisitions to make it <br /> consistent With the Comprehensive Flan, <br /> Mr. Rosenberg was at the Town Meeting and is comfortable with the <br /> situation. <br /> New forms were signed by the Commission. <br /> VOTE:E; Motion made and seconded to accept the Open Space Plan as <br /> presented. Unanirnous Vote. <br /> 7:40 ROBERT MOORE, Y Brown Road, continured.from 2 April 1998. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised there are no issues. This was waiting Board of Appeals <br /> on the AC C. They have done a nice job minimm'm* g impacts. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion maple and seconded to close the hearing. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CLOSED. <br /> 8;30 JASON STONE, 407 Great Oak Road, continued from 4 December <br /> 1997. <br /> i <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded that upon receipt of a letter certifying <br /> that they want to reopen the heai.ng, the Commission will do so <br /> within 21 days ; they will have to read erose and renotify abutters, <br /> in accordance with 310 CSR 10.05 b 3. <br />
