He would <br /> like the Commission to co t, some time after duly 1, to repay Orenda <br /> $40,000 and they would then sell it back to the town. The appraised value is <br /> $300,000. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg agreed it would be a disaster to allow a house in there. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to reserve up to $40,000, if necessary to <br /> to contribute to the acquisition of the 6 acre parcel on Great Oak <br /> Road, from the Conservation Land Maintenance and Improvement <br /> Account. Unardmous Vote. <br /> Membership: Ralph Shaw and John Johansen agreed to request <br /> reappointment. <br /> Howes: This application for a clod and there were questions about the land <br /> it would touch or go upon. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded that in accordance with 310 CMR (5) (B) <br /> 3, when the applicant is ready to resume and has settled theprop- <br /> erty questions, the Commission will hold a hearing within 21 days; <br /> it will be necessary for the Applicant to renotify and readvertise. <br /> Unanimous Note. <br /> Werri : The Agent advised he has met with him and is optimistic there <br /> wifl be a resolution. A plan should be in next week. An enforcement order <br /> will be issued to carry out the plan. <br /> Conservation Restriction: Mr. Rosenberg stated he still has problems <br /> with the restriction for Old Barnstable Road. It was changed and now the <br /> work limit will have to go into the Conservation easement. The Town cannot <br /> enter on that land and use it, only to see what he is doing. The 'down is <br /> losing tax dollars. <br />
