Abutter notification receipts pro ded. They <br /> were before the Commission previously with a pool request, closer to the <br /> wetland. This was denied as they had not exhausted all alternatives. They <br /> went to Board of Appeals for a variance and a neighbor objected. This pool <br /> is for medical purposes. <br /> A/fr. Sherman raised the issue of run-off. Mr. Grotzke stated it can be <br /> conditioned to pitch it away from the wetland. Mr. Sherman asked if his <br /> client would be averse to putting in screening vegetation along the fence and <br /> to look for other bare spots that can be beefed up Mr. Grotzke stated there <br /> would be no objection. <br /> The Chair stated a lap pool was suggested by one of the Commissioners. <br /> l /Ir.
