1 June 1935 <br /> Page 4. <br /> NEGATE DETERMINATION, <br /> 7:25 LOHR CONSTRUCTION for a Deter ation of Applicability on the <br /> proposed construction of a swimming pool, pool shed, regrading and leaching <br /> facility at 309 Redbrook Road. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it is adjacent to Redbrook but the Rivers Act does not <br /> core into play. Only a portion of the pool comes within the flood zone. <br /> Mr. Sanicki stated this is only under the bylaw. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there is no work limit shown on the plan. It was agreed <br /> it is 1o' beyond the pool. <br /> Public comment; none. <br /> VOTE: Lotion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATE DETERMINATION. <br /> 7:30 GREGORY HUNT for construction of a walkover structure and pier <br /> with " diameter wood piles; 11' X 1 ' float with attached gangway and utility <br /> service to the pier at 15 Harbor Ridge Drive. Norman Hayes presenting. He <br /> advised the same applies to all three lots. They are going to Board of Appeals <br /> on the 26th. The float is less than Zoo s. . They have submitted to Chapter <br /> 1 and ACOS. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated his comments were generic. There will have to be an <br /> understanding as to access for construction. Mr. Hayes stated it will be by <br /> barge. Mr. Sherman stated the Commission will need to know how they are <br /> doing it and how much disturbance there will be. Mr. Hayes stated there <br /> will be a house in there eventually. Materials will coque in by barge until <br /> such time as there is a house, Mr. Sherman did not see how they will get in. <br /> Mr. Mayes stated they would agree to anything the Board suggests. Mr. <br /> Sherman stated he wild put in a condition that access rssues wiU be <br /> addressed. Mr. Hayes stated 20 scale plans will be provided. Mr. Sherman <br /> asked if there would be any objection to a condition on getting rid of some of <br /> the flotsam that has accumulated. Mr. Hayes was agreeable and asked that <br /> a Clerk of the Works be conditioned. <br />
