25 July 1998 <br /> Page 10. <br /> Mr. Hayes stated they would asked to close the hearing on the basis they <br /> have net the guidelines, Mr. Sherman stated it could not be closed tonight. <br /> They will have to provide mitigating access. Mr. Mayes did not have plans <br /> for their structures yet. They would be pleased to have everything come M0 <br /> by barge. if the Commission wants to condition it that way, it is okay. Mr. <br /> Sherman stated the Commission would not want a lot of trampling across the <br /> marsh. A narrative had been requested, Now, the Comnnission is being told <br /> to condition it. Mr. Bayes stated unto they get the house plans. Ilex. <br /> Sherman stated it could be conditioned the dock not go in until the house <br /> does. Currently it is not known how the materials get in there. <br /> Mr. Mayes asked to continue until 9 July. Mr. Sherman stated in addition to <br /> Army Corps of Engineers issues, if the client wants to build the dock before <br /> the house, more details will be needed. He also asked for information on <br /> water depths. Mr. Hayes stated it is 1.03 at the shallowest. It is pretty <br /> consistent until it goes out into the channel. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if they were aware it might be a dinghy dock? Mr. Hayes <br /> stated at that depth It would have to be. He wild get information on shallow <br /> draft boats. <br /> Pubhc comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 9 duly 1998 <br /> t :20 p.m. at the request of the applicant. Unanimous Note. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED, <br /> 9:99 OCKWAY BAY HTS. ISE. TRUST, 19 Harbor Ridge Dr., continued <br /> from 11 June 1398. Norman Mayes requested a continuance. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 9 July 1998 <br /> at 830 p.m. at the request of the apphcant. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HARING CONTINUED, <br /> 9:10 RONALD HIL'T'ON to license, construct and maintain a wooden <br /> stairway, pier and float at 81 lighthouse Lane. Dave Sanicki presented <br /> mutter notification receipts. A stairway proposed with landings. The float is <br /> existing and approved last year for Tedi Marsh. <br />
