He stated several years ago, the then-owner Lally, had a <br /> meeting before this Board and even though they were not in favor of the <br /> ruling, they understood. The ruling was that as the neighborhood was on <br /> septic and weU water, that they be a certain distance away. Now, someone <br /> else has bought the property and wants to build within the loo Feet of the <br /> water. It will have 1" spacing. <br /> Mr. Wi sen asked the size of the boat's It is 20'. The water depth is T. Mr. <br /> Sherman asked that they provide information on the draft and depth from <br /> propulsion unit to the water line. <br /> Public comment: none. <br />
