MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of 9 July 1998 <br /> Co nlssioners present: John Fitzsimmons, Ralph Shaw, Greg Wirsen, <br /> George Green Jr., John Johansen. <br /> The Chair called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. <br /> 6:55 PUBLIC COMMENT: Donna Bergamo and Peggy Fantozzi came <br /> before the Board to advise there will be 10 Ings coming in for Willow Bend. <br /> They asked if the Commission would like to hear them all on the same night? <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if they all would have the septic within the Co nnnission's <br /> jurisdiction? leo, they will be hooked to the treatment plant. Asked if they <br /> will meet the 50' setback, some will not meet that requirement. <br /> The Chair conferred with Commissioners and it was the consensus to hold . <br /> five hearings on each of two agendas. <br /> Ms Fantozzi stated there is a transfer of title problem. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested scheduling them and then Ms Fantozzi and he can <br /> o over theme. individually. <br /> :10 L. CRIB DILL to mend the Order of Conditions for SE 43-1654 to <br /> install Ater fabric behind the existing wall and the proposed deck at 50 <br /> Popponesset Island Road. John sl.avinsky presenting. Dra�ngs of the wall <br /> were distributed. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the wall is failing; i is slumping already. He has not <br /> had a chance to study landscaping re ui-rement and asked if they are met by <br /> this plan? Mr. Slavinsky said there is more environmental landscaping- <br /> this covers the entire lot, The plan calls for reconstruction. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it can be conditioned according to the plan. The 10 x 40 <br /> deck would be 10' closer than the plan the Commission approved. Mr. <br /> Slavinsky stated 400 s.f, of grass would go. The house moved back 3 feet. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he would not buy this, he would recommend denying the <br /> deck. <br /> The Chair stated this is being slipped through a little to quickly to suit him. <br />
