He raised the question of map and block numbers. <br /> Mr. McElhaney stated they are as.g for a continuance on all the pending <br /> matters. He advised they do not own this property, they have it under <br /> agreement. They are seeng permits to incorporate it as part of Willowbend. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked ff the cover pages of the Notices of Intent were accurate <br /> in terns of ownership and representation? Ms Fantozzi stated they are. <br /> Mr. McElhaney stated on the survey issues, work that was done was by <br /> aerial survey. Ms Fantozzi stated it is good to a half-foot, but what <br /> happened is where there is a heavy canopy, you have to go back and field <br /> check.. They are in the process of tying that in with the actual field check. <br /> Mr. McElhaney advised he talked today with Joe Harvey who was going; to do <br /> some transects out there. Mr. Sherman stated, whatever he does, the top"of <br /> bad has to match the topography. Mr. McElhaney agreed and stated there <br /> are gaps in the plan. The other issue is there is a lot of confusin about how <br /> the town wanted to handle the numbering of the lots. They have overlaid a <br /> new subdivision on an old subdivision so some of the lots are comprised of <br /> portions of other lots on the old plan. The Assessors have not caught up yet. <br /> They went through this with the Board of Appeals on tying the variances into <br /> the building records.
