20 August 1998 <br /> Page 1 . <br /> 40 Polaris Drive: Mr. Newman is the new owner of the property. The <br /> Agent advised he gave thein a Certificate of Comphance when several things <br /> were amiss. A deck was added to the back, no farther forward. The slope is <br /> not secured. He told the builder how far the lawn can go and that any <br /> further would need a .ling. The whole lawn is in. Now there is a slope that <br /> is eroding that the neer owner wants to stabilize with lawn. It is not proper <br /> because the lawn is there illegally. He suggested meeting with the <br /> landscaper to ascertain that he follows the lawn protocol. He will have to file <br /> proper permitting within a month. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated he has to file but the Commission is committing to <br /> allow it. Mr. Sherman stated the amount of lawn would not exceed the 10%. <br /> The existing lawn would not comply. If der, the bider, cannot be found, <br /> the Board will have to go after the nes owner. <br /> Mr. green stated he is going to have to fie for the lawn.
