Mr. Mc lhaney stated for the area within the Commission's <br /> ,jurisdiction they would, Mr. Sherman did not think tt would help. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he and Ms Fantozzi did loot at lots 31 and 32. There <br /> was an old roadway that gent through thence. Ms Fantozzi stated they have <br /> agreed to pick that up and show it on a plan. Mr* Sherman asked if they <br /> would consider using that road as an easement for a community dock? Mr. <br /> McElhaney stated they would give it consideration. Mr. Sherman stated at <br /> some point that old dock is going to have to be removed as it is damaging the <br /> salt marsh. <br /> vol` : Motion made and seconded to close subject to erosion remediation <br /> shown on the plan, a double row of haybales, and sign-off by the <br /> Building Inspector on the walls, Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSED FENDING. <br /> i <br /> 8:40 CARL DAVISON for construction and maintenance of a wooden <br /> stairway along the inland bank; and to construct, license and ma retain a <br /> wooden seasonal dock at 19 Birch Way, Dave Sa icki presented abutter <br /> receipts. <br /> Mr. Johansen questioned the fees on the stairs.
