Ms 'ant zi stated prior to construction, <br /> landscape plan must be reviewed and approved by the Commission. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated on most lots there is no fleidbility, not because of the <br /> slze of the lot but because of the envelope. Ms Fantozzi stated on this lot it <br /> is a loss valid concern. <br /> The Chair stated he would like to bring this to a reasonable decision as to <br /> how it will proceed the future. Mr. Sherman stated the Commission would <br /> be setting a precedent they may regret. <br />
