3 September 1998
Page 9.
CLOSED PENDING.
8:20 WILLOWBEND DEVELOPMENT CORP, to construct and maintain
a single family residence and appurtenances with associated landscaping at
7 Mute Swan Circle.
Ms Fantozzi stated there was a revision that was necessary as there was
violation of the 50' setback with some of the lawn.
Mr. Wirsen asked why the house could not be pushed back. Ms Fantozzi
stated because of the sideline setbacks. Mr. Sherman stated because of the
house being that big, 5o' wide and 98' long.
Mr. Wollenhaupt thought it could be acceptable if they stick to a 7 ' corridor.
M . Fantozzi stated they are at 2' now, to the house corner.
Mr. Wirsen described how to keep the same square footage of the envelope
but move a section back and place it in another area.
Mr. McElhaney stated that would be acceptable. Ms Fantozzi will revise the
plan to show this. The edge of the building will be at 7' and it will be 62' to
the edge of the work limit. The Commission agreed.
Public comment: none.
VOTE Motion made and seconded to close subject to an amended plan,
Coastal Bank flags and contours, the wall sign-off from the
u ding Inspector. Unammous Vote.
CLOSED PEN NG,
8:25 VVILLOWBEND DEVFLOPMENT CORP. to construct and maintain
a single fain r residence and appurtenances with associated landscaping at
17 shoestring Bay Road. Ms Fantozzi stated itis 8 ' to the BVW. They have
snugged the wall and lawn area tight to the building. The issues for this lot
are that contour labeling is needed and out in the field they had to rectify the
constructed coastal bank to what was in the field when she and Mr. Sherman
were they. They will revise the plan for that. The wall sign-off applies also.
They are moving the binding o' towards the street.
